Spread Designer

To display a spin button in a currency cell

In the Spread Designer,

1. Select a cell or block of cells.
2. Choose the cell type using one of the following methods:
   • Display the pop-up menu by right-clicking the cell or block of cells and then choose Currency.
   • From the Cell menu, choose Cell Type, Currency.
   • Choose the Currency button ( ) on the cell type toolbar.
   The Cell Type dialog box appears.
3. In the Cell Type dialog box, on the Settings tab,
   1. Display a spin button in the cell by selecting the Display check box under Spin Button.
   2. Specify the amount by which the value in the cell is incremented or decremented when the user clicks the spin button by typing the value in the Increment box under Spin Button.
   3. Specify that the value in the cell wraps when the cell reaches the maximum or minimum value by selecting the Wrap Spin check box under Spin Button.
4. Choose the OK or Apply button.
