Spread Designer

To select multiple blocks of cells in the Spread Designer

In the Spread Designer,

1. From the Book menu, choose Environment or press the Environment button ( ) on the Book toolbar.
2. On the Environment tab in the Book Settings dialog box, select the Multiple Block Selections check box under Settings.
3. Choose the OK button.
4. In the sheet view or the active view, select a block of cells using the mouse.
5. Press Ctrl and select additional blocks using the mouse.
