Fired before printing the footer for each page to allow font changes.
Private Sub VSPrinter_BeforeFooter()
If the Footer property is set to a non-empty string, the VSPrinter control fires the BeforeFooter and the AfterFooter events before and after printing the footer on each page.
These events allow you to customize margins, fonts, and other characteristics for the footers. Make the changes during the BeforeFooter event and restore the control state during the AfterFooter event.
