InactiveStyle Property
This property returns the Style object that controls the appearance of column headings within a List or split when another object has focus.
split.InactiveStyle= variant
Read/Write at run time and design time.
Property applies to Split object.
Note: The inactive style is only used when the control's Appearance property is set to 0 - Flat. If the Appearance property is set to the default value of 1 - 3D, then the headings do not change when a control or split receives or loses focus.
