In application mode, there are two events that may fire, depending upon end-user permission settings and run-time interactions. You must write handlers for these two events:
UnboundGetRelativeBookmark
Fired when the control needs to retrieve a bookmark.
ClassicRead
Fired when the control requires unbound data for display.
