The Select Form Designer page is used to select Form Designers (Form, User Control, User Document, Property Page) to migrate. Note that the Migration Utility will enumerate all Form Designers which contain versions of True DBInput 5.0 controls within the active projects, and add them to the list of available designers.

| Select Al | Select all items of the form designer list. |
| Clear All | Clear all selected items of the designer list. |
| Help | Start up the Online Help. |
| Cancel | Close the Migration Utility. |
| Back | Move to the previous step. |
| Next | Move to the next step. |
| Finish | Begin the migration process – Disabled. |
