ShadowBaseColor Property (Effect)

Sets/returns the mask color used for the shadow of the object.

Syntax

object.ShadowBaseColor= color

Read/Write at run time and design time.

&H80000010 is the default

Remarks

The ShadowBaseColor property is used in conjunction with the ShadowDarkness property. The shadow is displayed by masking the ShadowBaseColor with the color calculated by the ShadowDarkness property.

The shadow is added using the dithered pattern.
