The OverrideTipText property holds the description of an overridden holiday. A zero-length string will be set by default. When this property is not empty, a tooltip window will appear only when the mouse moves over an overridden holiday.

Read/Write at run time and design time.
If the overridden holiday happens to land on a holiday, the overridden holiday will be ignored and the holiday setting will take effect.
If the OverrideTipText property is set to a zero-length string, the tool tip window will not appear.
