AMPM Property (TDBDateX)
The AMPM property returns a number that indicates A.M or P.M for the underlying time value.

Read-only at run time. Not available at design time.
0 - AM (00:00:00 - 11:59:59)
1 - PM (12:00:00 - 23:59:59)
When the Value property equals Null, the AMPM property returns a -1.
