Returns or sets a context ID for a topic in a Help file.
error.HelpContext
Read-only at run time. Not available at design time.
This property returns a data type long containing the context ID of the help topic associated with this particular error. The specified help topic is located in the Windows Help (.hlp) file named by the HelpFile property.
If no help topic is associated with this error, this property returns 0.
This property is used in conjunction with the HelpFile property to automatically display the help information related to the error.
The function of this property is identical to the ADO HelpContext property.
