Item Property (ChartLabelCollection)
Specifies a specific ChartLabel object from the collection. Indexed by number (with 1 representing the first object in the collection) or by the value of the Name property. If multiple items in the collection share the same name, the first entry (lowest numerical index) will be indicated. Also accepts Text value as index similar to Name for chart labels.
