Multiplier Property (Axis)
Used with the Constant property to specify a relationship between the Y-axis and the Y2-axis.
Property Multiplier As Double
This property is ignored in pie charts, and is ignored on the X-axis in bar charts, stacking bar charts, and charts where the X-axis is annotated using Point-labels.
