Full or Half-Range X-Axis

Use the IsHalfRange property to determine if the x-axis is represented in full-range (where IsHalfRange is False) or half-range (where IsHalfRange is True).

The IsHalfRange property is located on the ChartGroups Page Polar Tab on the Property Pages.
