Wijmo Collection Control

Cloud Business App controls incorporate JavaScript based Wijmo 5 controls into a plug-in that combines LightSwitch and Cloud Business Apps. This plug-in generates code automatically making it easier for a user to develop LightSwitch applications.

There are no control specific properties at design time. Each collection control type has its own interpretation of the entity properties within its layout tree. The order of the entity properties is significant for all the controls, while in some cases, there are semantics associated with the first few child properties. In order to achieve specific results, you may need to rearrange some properties depending on the control and the screen collection.

Cloud Business App offers FlexGrid, FlexChart, FlexPie, AutoComplete, ComboBox, ListBox, and Menu as its collection controls. FlexGrid, FlexChart, and FlexPie control extensions are introduced with screen templates that enable Browsing and Editing support in these controls.
