Create(NotifyCollectionChangedAction,IList,Int32,Int32) Method

The action that caused the event. This can only be set to System.Collections.Specialized.NotifyCollectionChangedAction.Move.
The items affected by the change.
The new index for the changed items.
The old index for the changed items.
Initializes a new instance of the NotifyCollectionChangedAsyncEventArgs class.
Syntax
public static NotifyCollectionChangedDeferralsAwaiter Create( 
   NotifyCollectionChangedAction action,
   IList changedItems,
   int index,
   int oldIndex
)

Parameters

action
The action that caused the event. This can only be set to System.Collections.Specialized.NotifyCollectionChangedAction.Move.
changedItems
The items affected by the change.
index
The new index for the changed items.
oldIndex
The old index for the changed items.
