System.Windows.ControlTemplate used to generate the Pointer element of the C1.Silverlight.Gauge.C1Gauge. After the System.Windows.DataTemplate is loaded, the System.Windows.FrameworkElement can be accessed through the C1.Silverlight.Gauge.C1Gauge.Pointer property.
