Public PropertyFromGets/sets the value where the decorator starts. Set to double.NaN to bind to Gauge's minimum (default).  
Public PropertyLocationLogical value representing the starting point of the decorator, where 0 represents the center, and 1 represents the axis location.  
Public PropertyOpacityGets or sets the opacity of the element.  
Public PropertyOpacityMaskGets or sets the brush used as opacity mask of the element.  
Public PropertyToGets/sets the value where the decorator ends. Set to double.NaN to bind to Gauge's maximum (default).  
Public PropertyVisibilityGets or sets the element visibility.
