UseCellMerging Property
Example 

Sets or returns a value indicating whether cells should be merged together where applicable.
Syntax

Property Value

Boolean.  The default value is False.
Remarks
Since Excel95 does not support cell merging this property is not applicable when Version is set to Excel 95.
