BottomLeft	The balloon tail is drawn to the bottom left of the balloon.
BottomRight	The balloon tail is drawn to the bottom right of the balloon.
LeftBottom	The balloon tail is drawn to the left bottom of the balloon.
LeftTop	The balloon tail is drawn to the left top of the balloon.
None	The balloon is drawn without a tail.
RightBottom	The balloon tail is drawn to the right bottom of the balloon.
RightTop	The balloon tail is drawn to the right top of the balloon.
